  3. Click Buy Now or Add to Cart

  4. Fill in your delivery details

  5. Choose Online Payment or Cash On Delivery (COD) (if available)

  6. Confirm your order

You will receive an order confirmation message instantly.

  • Cash on Delivery (selected products only)

4. Do you offer Cash On Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available for selected items.
If COD is not available, you will see a message saying “Prepaid Only” on the product page.

Delivery time varies from 3–8 working days, depending on your location and courier availability.

6. How do I track my order?

Once shipped, we send a courier tracking number via WhatsApp/SMS/Email.
Click the tracking link anytime to see your updated delivery status.


7. What if my number was not reachable during delivery?

If the delivery agent cannot reach you, you will receive a message:
“Your order is arriving. Please keep your phone switched on for delivery.”
You can contact the courier directly using the number shown in the tracking link.


8. What is your return policy?

We accept returns only under these conditions:
✔ Wrong product received
✔ Damaged product received
✔ Product not working on arrival

IMPORTANT: Return is accepted only with full unboxing video proof from the start of the package opening.


9. Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer refunds if:

  • The item is returned safely

  • Video proof is verified

  • Product is unused & in original packaging

Refunds are processed within 48–72 hours after the item reaches our warehouse.


10. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.


11. What if I received a defective or damaged product?

Please send us:

  • Clear unboxing video

  • Photos of the issue
    We will arrange a replacement or refund as per policy.
